Epic Ambulatory MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

Providing ongoing support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications, the contract Epic Ambulatory MyChart Analyst will manage work tickets, service requests, and routine maintenance in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications
• Manage and resolve work tickets, service, and change requests
• Triage, investigate, and resolve incoming incidents related to Epic functionality

Required qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
• Epic MyChart Certification (required)
• Experience handling training-related and In Basket incidents
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
