Epic Ambulatory MyChart Manager

Job Summary

To lead the strategic direction and optimization of Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications, the remote contract Epic Ambulatory MyChart Manager will manage application teams, establish strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to enhance patient engagement and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Epic Ambulatory and MyChart application teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Establish strategic roadmaps for Ambulatory and MyChart optimization initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the design, build, testing, implementation, and support of Epic Ambulatory and MyChart solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Epic application experience supporting Ambulatory and/or MyChart
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT leadership or management experience
• Active Epic Ambulatory Certification
• Active Epic MyChart Certification
