Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for training the user community on Epic applications, the full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer will build, test, and maintain the training technical environment while creating high-quality training materials and coordinating super user training.

Key responsibilities

• Train users on Epic clinical applications and associated workflows
• Build and maintain the training technical environment and materials
• Coordinate and oversee training for super users of the application

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in a training or educational role
• Must earn Epic certification within 3 months of completing the first Epic class
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Dynamic presentation skills and a passion for educating others
