Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer, the full-time remote position will develop and deliver training programs, manage Epic training environments, and drive reporting and analytics to enhance user adoption and workflow optimization across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Epic Ambulatory training programs for providers and staff
- Support and maintain Epic Playground environments for training and testing
- Analyze training and operational data to identify trends and improve user adoption
Required qualifications
- EpicCare Ambulatory Principal Trainer Certification
- Epic Training Environment Build Certification
- Experience supporting Epic Playground environments
- Experience using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty
- Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations
