Epic Ambulatory Trainer

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations, the remote Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs for Epic Ambulatory applications, ensuring alignment with workflows and best practices while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance role-based Epic Ambulatory training curricula and materials
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to clinical staff
• Participate in Epic implementation projects, leading education workstreams and supporting go-live activities

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Epic Ambulatory Certification or ability to obtain it within specified timelines
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare information systems or adult education
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
