Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Epic Analyst will respond to client incidents and requests related to the clinical aspects of the Epic suite, manage incident resolution to meet SLAs, and assist in developing training content for staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client incidents and requests regarding Epic clinical workflows and functionality
  • Proactively manage assigned and unassigned incidents to drive resolution and maintain SLAs
  • Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content for service desk staff
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Systems-Customer Service
  • 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support
  • Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Previous team leadership experience
