Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Epic Analyst will respond to client incidents related to the Epic suite, manage service requests, and drive resolutions to maintain service level agreements while mentoring service desk staff.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client incidents and requests regarding clinical aspects of the Epic suite
- Proactively manage all assigned and unassigned incidents and requests to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content for staff
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Systems-Customer Service
- 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support
- Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
- Previous team leadership experience in a clinical setting
