Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support planning, design, and configuration for patient access
- Conduct application testing, system maintenance, and documentation of system procedures
- Collaborate with peers to support patient access workflows and implement optimizations
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification is strongly preferred
- Experience with Claims, Professional Billing, OpTime & Anesthesia, and Cadence/Prelude
- Knowledge of Ambulatory and/or Resolute processes
- Ability to develop and maintain test plans and scripts
- Experience troubleshooting and tracking issues for Epic systems
