Job Summary
Supporting the Epic Ambulatory team, the full-time Senior Enterprise Application Analyst will manage application configuration, serve as the primary contact for system issues, and enhance installed applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and maintain applications configuration and database integrity for all systems
- Act as the first point of contact for users on application system issues or problems
- Design, code, and test system functions and reports to meet user needs
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or vocational/technical program completion in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of six years of experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining information systems in integrated healthcare delivery systems
- Epic Analyst experience, with preference for candidates holding Epic Ambulatory certification
- Clinical/Financial/Technical license or certification preferred (e.g., RN, CPA)
- Equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and technical certification or training may substitute for education
