Epic Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Epic Ambulatory team, the full-time Senior Enterprise Application Analyst will manage application configuration, serve as the primary contact for system issues, and enhance installed applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and maintain application configuration and database integrity for all systems
• Act as the first point of contact for users regarding application system issues
• Design, code, and test system functions, reports, and interfaces to meet user needs

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or vocational/technical program completion in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum six years of experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining information systems in integrated healthcare delivery systems
• Epic Ambulatory certification preferred, with a requirement to obtain within six months if not already certified
• Clinical/Financial/Technical license or certification (e.g., RN, MT, RRT, CPA) preferred
• Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory workflows and applications is highly preferred
