Epic Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Analyst Associate to configure programs and provide technical assistance for healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configures programs, screens, and reports to meet user specifications and maintains databases
• Supports customer relations and resolves issues related to software applications
• Participates in disaster recovery planning and manages system upgrades for assigned applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with two years of relevant experience may be considered
• High School Diploma or equivalent with five years of related Information Technology experience may be considered
• Required to obtain and maintain an EPIC module certification within six months of hire
• Related experience in a business, computer science, or healthcare setting preferred
