Epic Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and provide training while working remotely during daytime hours, requiring Epic Analyst Certification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Develop and document project procedures for system changes and provide end-user support during implementation
• Maintain communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to enhance system functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
• Epic Module Certification as required by the position
• In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience may be considered
• In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
