Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and provide training while working remotely during daytime hours, requiring Epic Analyst Certification.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Develop and document project procedures for system changes and provide end-user support during implementation
- Maintain communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to enhance system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience may be considered
- In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
