Epic Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

Providing critical analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software
• Develop and document project procedures for implementing system changes and enhancements
• Provide end user support during implementation and assist in troubleshooting application-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
• Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
• Epic Module Certification as required by the position
• In lieu of the above, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
• One year of Epic build and/or support experience may also be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements
