Job Summary
To support application reporting needs, the full-time remote Epic Analyst will design, analyze, develop, and implement Epic software solutions while providing tier two technical assistance and participating in on-call support rotations, with Epic Analyst Certification required.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic applications to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and recommend actions to address end user issues
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience
- Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired
- Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
