Job Summary
To support integration projects, the full-time remote Epic Analyst Certified will build and maintain interfaces between Epic and external systems, conduct testing and validation, and create comprehensive documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain interfaces between Epic and external systems, monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues
- Develop and execute various testing methods for new and modified interfaces, ensuring functionality and data integrity
- Create and maintain technical documentation, generating status reports and performance metrics for internal tracking
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting Epic interfaces and integration projects
- Epic Bridges certification is required; additional Epic application certifications are preferred
- Strong understanding of interface standards such as HL7, FHIR, and API-based interoperability
- Familiarity with lab workflows, especially around genetic testing and LIMS integration
