Epic Analyst - ClinDoc

Job Summary

To enhance the functionality of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the full-time Epic Analyst - ClinDoc will provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist in configuration and customization while working remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system upgrades, to ensure stability and security
• Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes, ensuring new features meet functional requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience for Level I; 3 - 5 years for Level II; 5 or more years for Level III
• Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire for Level I; multiple Epic certifications preferred for Level II and III
• Experience in Epic implementation preferred for Level II and III
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and technology is essential
