Epic Analyst - Hospital Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Analyst focused on Hospital Billing and Hospital Billing Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic revenue cycle areas
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets, clarifying issues and determining urgency
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows and implementing tested fixes

Required Qualifications

• Current Epic certifications in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Claims, and/or Contracts
• For Epic Analyst: Minimum of 2 years delivering end-to-end analyst work
• For Senior Epic Analyst: Minimum of 4-5 years independently delivering complex analyst work
• Experience with structured delivery practices such as requirements traceability and change control
• Experience in regulated environments where consistency and traceability are crucial
