Epic Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting nephrology practices, the full-time Epic Analyst II will manage Epic module builds and maintenance, assist with implementation support, and resolve incidents in a primarily remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve incidents and requests, managing work queues and error logs
• Assist with requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and testing during implementation phases
• Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by researching, designing, and testing workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Epic Community Connect and nephrology practices
• Experience with Epic tools such as Orion and Nova
• Project management skills
