Epic Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting nephrology practices remotely, the full-time Epic Analyst II will manage Epic module builds, provide implementation support, and resolve incidents while collaborating with clinical and administrative users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve incidents and requests via ServiceNow, managing work queues and error logs
• Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and implementation phases for new Epic modules
• Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by documenting build steps and collaborating with end users and SMEs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Epic Community Connect and nephrology practices
• Proficiency with Epic tools such as Orion and Nova
• Experience in project management
