Epic Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting nephrology practices remotely, the full-time Epic Analyst II will manage incident resolution, implementation support, and upgrades for the Epic CKD product while collaborating with clinical and administrative users to enhance system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve incidents and requests, managing work queues and error logs
• Assist in implementation phases, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and user training
• Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by researching, designing, and testing workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Epic Community Connect and nephrology practices
• Experience with Epic tools such as Orion and Nova
• Project management skills
