Epic Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting nephrology practices, the full-time Epic Analyst II will manage incident resolution, implementation support, and upgrade projects while primarily working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve incidents and requests using ServiceNow, managing team workqueues and error logs
• Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and provide support during implementation phases for new practices and modules
• Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by collaborating with end users and SMEs to design, build, and test workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Epic systems or similar electronic health record platforms
• Familiarity with workflow analysis and documentation practices
• Ability to engage with clinical and administrative users effectively
• Self-discipline and capability to thrive in a remote work environment
