Key Responsibilities

• Provide incident and request resolution, including monitoring ServiceNow and managing workqueues
• Assist in implementation support, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and user training
• Engage with third parties for integrated workflows and support Epic upgrades and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Epic modules and systems
• Knowledge of clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in mentoring and training team members
• Familiarity with tools such as Nova, Orion, and Asana
