Key Responsibilities

• Functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project activities and provides peer training
• Monitors application performance and conducts testing for software updates and maintenance
• Develops user documentation and supports optimal application use through training and outreach

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 5 years of technical experience, preferably in a healthcare or business environment
• EPIC Ambulatory Certification required
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience
• One year of relevant professional-level work experience may substitute for one year of required education
