Epic Analyst III (GA Licensed)

Job Summary

Focused on Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance, the full-time Epic Analyst III (GA Licensed) will manage design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support while working remotely and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with colleagues and stakeholders using the Epic application suite
• Manages complex projects independently and serves as a business partner with various departments, enhancing system user education
• Provides technical consulting and support services, resolves application errors, and ensures compliance with relevant guidelines and protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent related experience
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas, or 7 years without a degree
• Must obtain the appropriate Epic certification for assigned responsibilities within the first 90 days of training
• Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in assigned operational department areas
• Epic's Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration certification is preferred
