Epic Analyst III - GA Licensed

Job Summary

Focused on Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance, the full-time remote Epic Analyst III - GA Licensed will manage design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and addressing enhancement requests and system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders using the Epic application suite
• Manages complex projects independently and serves as a business partner with service lines and departments
• Provides technical consulting, support services, and resolves application errors and system issues independently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas, or 7 years without a degree
• Must obtain the appropriate Epic certification within the first 90 days of training if not already certified
• Advanced knowledge in the assigned operational department areas
• Epic's Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration certification preferred
