Epic Analyst IV - Georgia Licensed

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Epic Analyst IV - Georgia Licensed will manage the design, build, testing, and ongoing support of Epic Revenue Cycle modules, including Hospital Billing and Professional Billing, while collaborating remotely with interdisciplinary teams across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and HIM modules
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary workgroups to achieve project goals and maintain positive business relationships
• Provide technical guidance and support to other analysts, contractors, and consultants while leading workflow improvements and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or 9 years without a degree
• Appropriate Epic certification for the assigned responsibilities
• Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant operational department areas
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities based on business needs
