Epic Analyst - MyChart/Cadence

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Epic Analyst - MyChart/Cadence will serve as the primary analyst for MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows, collaborating across various Epic applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling
• Manage referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and referral templates
• Collaborate with teams on Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows and design initiatives

Required qualifications

• Epic Referral & Authorization certification required
• Epic MyChart certification required
• Epic Cadence certification preferred
• Experience with MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows
• Strong analytical and workflow design skills
