Epic Analyst - Professional Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Analyst - Professional Billing Claims & Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic Professional Billing, Claims, and Contracts
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets, troubleshoot workflows, and implement fixes
• Deliver small optimization projects to improve reliability and efficiency for client teams

Required Qualifications

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing, Claims, and/or PB Contracts
• Epic Analyst: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
• Senior Epic Analyst: Minimum of 4-5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience delivering analyst work, including testing and solution implementation
• Ability to work independently and manage complex system changes
