A company is looking for an EPIC Application Analyst - Professional Billing Resolute, fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, automate systems, document workflows, and coordinate projects
- Expand or modify systems, review performance indicators, and escalate problems for resolution
- Develop system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in healthcare, technology, or related field
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, EPIC certifications, and five years of related experience
