Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance healthcare systems, the full-time Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed will analyze clinical and business processes, manage Epic modules, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely during daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and development of recommendations for new and modified systems to meet client and project requirements
• Coordinate the implementation and support of Epic applications, ensuring all deployment steps are completed and issues resolved
• Act as the primary technical liaison with vendors and maintain communication with departments regarding system status and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR systems, with a background in information technology within a healthcare setting
• Epic certification in the assigned Epic application discipline
• Experience in project management and customer service related to software applications
• In lieu of formal education, an Associate degree with six years of related experience or a High School Diploma with eight years of experience may be considered
