Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed

Job Summary

Leading the analysis of clinical, business, and technical processes, the full-time Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed will develop recommendations for system modifications, manage assigned Epic modules, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation, installation, and support of Epic applications, ensuring effective workflow analysis and implementation
• Acts as the primary technical liaison with vendors for Epic module activities and maintains customer relations to resolve software application issues
• Mentors and trains team members on implementation planning and project management, while ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR systems within a healthcare setting
• Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline
• Experience in a business, computer science, or healthcare information technology environment
• In lieu of education, an Associate degree with six years of related experience or a High School Diploma with eight years of related experience may be considered
