Job Summary

Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, is a full-time position responsible for analyzing workflows, recommending solutions, and implementing Epic application solutions to meet departmental needs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, and build and maintain Epic application content
  • Participate in training development and delivery, and provide end-user support during implementation
  • Document project team procedures and establish change control processes for system changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
  • Epic Module Certification as required by the position
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with four years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of the above
  • High School Diploma with seven years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of the above
