Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications, a full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and assist with system configuration and training in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, including building and maintaining application content
- Develop and document project team procedures for system changes, ensuring thorough testing and effective communication with stakeholders
- Participate in training development and provide end-user support during implementation, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with four years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of the above
- High School Diploma or equivalent with seven years of related IT experience may also be considered
