Job Summary

Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will work remotely to implement solutions, assist with design and development, and ensure effective training and functionality evaluation.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, making informed build decisions
  • Develop and document project team procedures for system changes and participate in training delivery to end users
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot user issues during implementation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
  • Epic Module Certification as required by the position
  • In lieu of formal education, relevant experience in Information Technology may be considered
  • CPHIMS certification preferred
