Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and provide training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and data collection related to Epic software, ensuring alignment with business operations
  • Develop and document procedures for implementing system changes, including training end users and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and end users to ensure system functionality meets organizational needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
  • Epic Module Certification as required by the position
  • In lieu of the above, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
  • CPHIMS certification preferred
