Job Summary

Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software, making recommendations for enhancements
  • Develop and document project procedures for implementing system changes and provide end-user training and support
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to maximize system performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
  • Epic Module Certification as required by the position
  • In lieu of the above, relevant experience and education may be considered
  • CPHIMS certification is preferred
