Job Summary
Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software, making recommendations for enhancements
- Develop and document project procedures for implementing system changes and provide end-user training and support
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to maximize system performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- In lieu of the above, relevant experience and education may be considered
- CPHIMS certification is preferred
