Epic Analyst (State Licensed)
Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations, the remote Epic Analyst (State Licensed) will provide primary support for Cadence, Prelude, and HB Billing applications, coordinating project issues and performing in-depth analysis while ensuring system enhancements and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to Cadence, Prelude, and HB Billing applications while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
- Perform maintenance tasks, system testing, and documentation of configurations and technical components
- Analyze technical issues, develop workflows, and serve as a liaison between end users and implementation staff
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with HB, Cadence, and Prelude
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field
- EHR Certification in key business area
- In-depth knowledge of Epic software and healthcare information systems
- Proven leadership capabilities in delivering innovative solutions in high-pressure environments
