Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Sr. Analyst to implement and support complex applications in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and functionality
• Serves as a primary support contact for application end-users and supports junior staff in operations
• Leads the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications, including testing and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Epic Bugsy/ICON Certification
• 3-6 years of experience with clinical application development and user support in a healthcare environment
• Experience with EPIC clinical system upgrades and implementations
• Laboratory background is preferred
