Key Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and requests, manage workqueues, and document processes
• Assist in implementation phases, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and user support
• Support upgrades and enhancements, including research, design, and testing of workflows

Required Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification
• 3-7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
