Epic Ancillary Principal Trainer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Ancillary Principal Trainer, the remote contract position will lead training strategy, curriculum development, and activation support across Epic Ancillary applications, ensuring successful end-user adoption and workflow standardization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training strategy, curriculum design, and delivery for Epic Ancillary applications
• Support enterprise TDR (Training, Design, Development, Requirements) activities and participate in go-live execution
• Develop role-based training materials and deliver training to clinical, ancillary, and operational end users across multiple departments

Required qualifications

• Epic Certification in Willow, ASAP, OpTime, and/or Beaker
• Strong Epic Principal Trainer or Epic training experience
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Background in clinical, ancillary, or hospital operational workflows
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs
