Epic Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Application Analyst - Radiant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system and coordinate collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required; Epic Implementation experience preferred
• Epic certification in specified area required; multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows
• Possesses cross-application integration knowledge
