Epic Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of an Electronic Health Record system, the full-time Epic Application Analyst will lead technical issue resolution, coordinate system maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely from specified states in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors through cross-team collaboration
• Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes, ensuring compliance with change management processes
• Oversee project management for EHR implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 or more years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
• Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications is required
• Expert understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead meetings and manage project plans
