Epic Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Ancillary Applications team, the full-time Epic Application Analyst Senior will maintain and enhance Epic Willow pharmacy applications, requiring Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and experience, with the option for fully remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, develop, configure, and modify complex "break fix" solutions in Epic
• Create documentation of build and participate in testing phases during implementations and upgrades
• Provide expert support for applications with integration/interfaced systems and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications:

• 6 years of relevant professional experience in electronic health records
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Epic Certification or Accreditation relevant to the position
• Experience in developing technical/system design specifications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
