Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on supporting Tapestry Managed Care Administration applications, the full-time Epic Application Analyst will guide workflow design, build and test systems, and analyze technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for Tapestry Managed Care Administration applications
- Design workflows, build, and test systems to ensure optimal application performance
- Analyze technical issues and collaborate with various departments to resolve integration challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a license/certification in a clinical specialty
- 3 to 5 years of experience for Analyst II; 5+ years for Analyst III
- Active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire
- Experience working in a Management Services Organization
- Familiarity with operations within the AP Claims department and related workflows
