Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support clinical and business applications, the full-time remote Epic Application Analyst will implement and maintain systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and troubleshoot technical issues while ensuring alignment with business processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and guidelines
- Evaluate and configure application features, collaborating with subject matter experts and vendors
- Develop support documentation and training materials for end-users
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve them as required
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as EHRs, ITSM, or ERPs is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
