Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary
Focusing on Epic inpatient applications, the full-time Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III) will serve as the primary support contact for Dorothy Home Care and Comfort Hospice, guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and addressing technical issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Guide workflow design and system build for Epic inpatient applications
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Epic and connected software
- Support the clinical workflows and billing processes for home health and hospice services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or clinical specialty certification with 3 to 7 years of experience
- Active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire
- Strong understanding of home health and hospice clinical workflows
- Experience with intake, referrals, and authorization/certification workflows
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
