Epic Application Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Application Analyst Associate to support and maintain HB revenue cycle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems
• Troubleshoots basic Epic application issues and provides end user support
• Assists in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and performs standard system testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• No prior experience required
• Must obtain Epic certification within the first six months of employment
• Frequent physical activities including lifting and keyboard use
• Ability to work day shifts with a standard 40-hour workweek
