Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining Epic applications in a full-time remote capacity, the Epic Application Analyst Associate will troubleshoot application issues, assist with software updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting for Epic applications while offering end-user support
- Assists in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests them according to established scripts
- Codes for Epic applications, builds application tables and reports, and organizes requirement specifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- No prior experience required
- Must obtain Epic certification within the first six months of employment
