Key Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, test, and troubleshoot software applications while documenting systems
• Participate in IT workflow processes and translate business requirements into system specifications
• Provide ongoing operational support and resolve escalated issues while collaborating with vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related work experience
• 3 years of IT application experience
• Certification in core Epic applications required within six months of employment
