Epic Application Analyst II

Job Summary

Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, the full-time Epic Application Analyst II will align technology solutions with business strategies, serve as a technical liaison, and support customers in defining business processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Consult with technical experts to develop alternative solutions and advise on options, risks, and impacts
• Document project plans and coordinate resources for successful implementation and delivery

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Understanding of project management concepts in a cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
